Bolo de banana Sem Açúcar e sem farinha





Compartilhando receita de bolo de banana sem açucar e sem farinha. 

Adicionei um pouco de fubá e aveia

Ingredientes:

6 bananas bem maduras
4 ovos
100 ml óleo
1 a 2 xícaras de uva passas
coloque os ovos e o óleo num medidor e acrescente uvas passas até completar 2 xícaras.
2 colheres de fermento 

bater tudo no liquidificador e assar em forno pré aquecido por 50 minutos a 180c graus.
